Our Vet Consent product allow clients of a veterinary practice to see costs and procedure information in a way they can easily review, ask questions and consent to.
Understanding the Procedure
One of the key functions of the Vet Consent application is to allow the veterinary practice and clients to be on the same page when it comes to what procedure the animals are going to undertake and what risks are associated with the procedure. One of the keys of this processes is that it is fully online and the reading and understanding of the procedure and risks can be done away from the pressure of the veterinary practice.
Understanding the Costs
When it comes to costs, giving an up-front view of how much the procedure will probably costs puts both the practice and the clients at easy as there will never a be a surprise bill at the end of the procedure. One of the key features of the Vet Consent application is to show optional costs that client can opt in and out of which could mean the difference between being able to afford the procedure or not.
Understanding Informed Consent
The combination of understanding the procedure and risks as well as the costs and options and having the ability to flag and ask questions means that the client is full informed and can consent to the procedure understanding everything, which will make for an easier process for everyone.
